Meet Chef Dario Guevarra Jr.

Raised from a family of cooks that started from a small canteen. At an early age, he learned small chores in the kitchen like slicing meat and vegetables, which eventually sparked his love for cooking.

In college, he attended a culinary course that landed his first job in a restaurant. His main expertise is actually not Filipino food, but Italian and Japanese cuisine. Although this is the case, his innate passion for Pinoy food has always brought his talent for making dishes that everyone loves.

“It makes us proud of our culture, heritage, and food, that a Filipino restaurant can be one of the best, if not at par, with other cuisines. As evident with the people’s support through Tripadvisor, we are very grateful to all our patrons. non sono esperto dei locali milanesi ma giudicato come numero uno mi pare esagerato. Il locale è piccolissimo, la cucina è a vista e il servizio gentile e rapido.  Involtini primavera ben fatti ma retrogusto di olio non freschissimo, il maiale con riso in foglie di banano alla fiamma ottimo e abbondante. Il dolce, a base di patata viola,  originale. Forse altre specialità giustificano un punteggio pieno, i piatti provati  (a parte il dolce) rientrano nel gusto tradizionale che conosco. Ritornerò

  Eccellente per chi ama orientale
Sono stato con mio figlio a cena, dopo aver cercato un ristorante orientale a Milano e lasciandoci influenzare dalle recensioni. Lui è vegetariano, io no e siamo rimasti entrambi molto soddisfatti. Tutto molto buono sia come materie prime che preparazioni, dai ravioli alle alghe ai panini che ricordano i tramezzini, ai piatti principali.   Delicious Filipino Food!!
We went here since it was the #1 in Milan and it did not disappoint!!! The flavors were there, just a tad bit more elevated. I got the lechon, it’s a secret menu item but it was SO delicious. I am filipino so I did have higher expectations. There is some japanese food and fusion, but it’s mainly filipino. Cercavo un ristorante orientale, mi è stato consigliato questo ma nn pensavo fosse così buono.Piatti molto gustosi, diversamente cucinati da altri orientali, davvero una cucina molto ricercata.Personale familiare, attento alle esigenze della clientela dall'inizio alla fine.Locale piccolo, molto glamour e  colorato, mette il buon umore❤️Prezzi onesti.Davvero vi consiglio di provarlo

Viaggio in giornata a Milano e abbiamo deciso di provare questo posto viste le ottime recensioni e non siamo rimasti delusi.Cucina e accoglienza ottima.Prima esperienza con la cucina filippina ma hanno anche piatti della tradizione giapponese.Davvero consigliato!Ragazzi giovani con tanta passione per la cucina e la propria cultura. Hacía mucho tiempo que no probaba comida que me sorprendiese de manera tan agradable. Pedimos unos Gua Baos, y otro entrante que eran muy sabrosos y deliciosos, a continuación pedimos los dos platos que nos habían recomendado, que son los de la foto que incluyo, obligatorio probarlos una vez en la vida.
